Dreaming of Mardi Gras

It was July when I was in Venice. I never got to see Mardi Gras, but I fell in love with the city & It's spirit. I desperately want to go back & see Mardi Gras someday. (before it sinks! lol) It's that time of year & I just couldn't resist the theme.
